The Help Centre:

The Help Centre portal allows you to log, view and manage Support tickets on any device from any location.

Once a ticket has been raised, you will receive notifications and updates on your ticket via email. You can add comments and update the ticket by replying to any email update you receive. You also have the ability to login and access the status of your ticket.

Excell Knowledge Base

A key feature of the Help Centre is the Excell Knowledge Base which provides public access to a comprehensive archive of product material, user guides and frequently asked questions.
